A baby gifts retailer that specialises in selling products such as baby hamper presents has just launched a new website.American company, Swanky Blooms now has a new website, which has been designed to help customers looking for baby gifts and hampers.
With a clearer layout and a better design, the Texas based baby retailer now hopes that its loyal customer base will be happier when shopping online. It is also hoping the clearer layout may even attract a wider audience of new customers.
As customers are able to shop according to their specific needs and budgets by using some of the website functions which include a ‘shop by price’ section customers can choose to look at items priced from $30 up to $1000 for the more luxurious items.
Speaking to the local Texan media, company owner and designer, Gladys Arakelian explained what the website will be offering to new and existing customers.
She said: “We continue to have high quality baby gifts, brand names and favourites like our baby clothing bouquets.
“But we also have the tools on our website so our customers can find the right baby click in just a few clicks.”
There is also the option of buying more personalised gifts such as the customised baby clothes and blankets. The company also sells traditional gifts such as rocking horses, cuddly toys and hampers.
With a redesigned website, Ms Arakelian is now hoping that customers will benefit from greater customer service and convenience as the products can be delivered all over the United States within a very short space of time.
She added: “We think there is a difference between a baby gift and a truly memorable baby gift and while you browse through our new redesigned online boutique, we think you will too.”
