The island, with its fine organic harbor at Castries, was contested between England and France throughout the 17th and early 18th centuries (changing property 14 times); it was finally ceded towards the UK in 1814. The basic sciences programs at Destiny University Institution of Medicine and Wellness Sciences is designed to offer you the requisite academic skills to ready you with a solid foundation to your clinical education.
The pre-clinical faculty consists of experienced teachers who concentrate on helping develop life long academic skills that can assist you succeed as a health practitioner. The small class sizes allow a detailed collegial relationship to acquire between students and faculty. The capstone course on the pre-clinical curriculum involves examination all pre-clinical courses in preparation for the first step of the United Declares Medical Licensing Examination. This preparation will be beneficial regardless of where you decide to practice medicine.
